Join us for the first session of the Women in Cultural Transition (WCT) program — a welcoming and supportive workshop designed for women from migrant and refugee backgrounds.
Through friendly group discussions, engaging activities and practical information, participants will explore simple ways to support their wellbeing, manage everyday stress, build confidence and create meaningful social connections.
