DESCRIPTION:Women’s Wellbeing and Confidence Program is a welcoming weekl
 y gathering designed for mothers and children to connect\, relax and enjoy 
 meaningful time together in a supportive community environment.\nWhile moth
 ers take part in wellbeing-focused conversations and activities that encour
 age confidence\, connection and personal growth\, children can enjoy a crea
 tive painting class running at the same time. The program provides a friend
 ly space where women can build friendships\, share experiences and strength
 en their sense of belonging while their children participate in fun and eng
 aging activities.\nThe program is open to women and families from all cultu
